Charmagne Darabadey joined Hodges Capital Management in 2018 and currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and serves on the Board of Directors of the firm’s parent Company, Hodges Capital Holdings. She has a wide range of specialized experience across the industry and in the fintech space. During her 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, Charmagne has performed various roles in broker dealer operations, compliance, and investment advisory relationship management. Charmagne earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.
