Rick Erickson joined Hodges Capital Management in 2022 and currently serves as the firm’s Head of Operations. He has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, primarily in Operations. Prior to joining, Rick was a Vice President of Operations at Goldman Sachs. He loves designing pathways to efficiency, leveraging the strengths of many to get it done and seeing the positive impact of the change! Rick earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Virginia University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
